    Not overall better but AA needs his sig ability for ability accuracy reduction and heal block with neuros. Domino just deals some fun and interactive damage but doesn't change her gameplay overall so IMO I think he is more worthy of the gem.

    Yeah definitely save it unless you really need domino for defense
