Hey so I only received 100 generic sig stones instead of the 150 which were shown in rewards tab. Anyone else?

Hello, I've sent a support ticket regarding an accidental r3 and I'd like to know if it will be undone. Haven't used any iso. Does this mean there is a guarantee that kabam will undo the rank up?
