Empowered Grace crystals in Event Quest
Are the Empowered Grace crystals only in the EQ rewards for Valiant players? I am Paragon and can't see them in the rewards. It would be a little wild if that were the case as they seem like they will accelerate the growth of accounts quite a bit with the amount of 6 star champions they give, let alone the shards.
