Straight from Apple. Do not keep playing if you are having overheating issues. You are not covered by warranty, since it is a 3rd party app not pre-installed on the device by Apple. It is an Apple approved app, but part of the third-party licensing fine print states that responsibility ends there. Wait for a patch.
