Is it too much to ask for an update or an eta on when this will be fixed. It wouldn’t be for any other company worth their salt.

I might be wrong calling it that buts it’s the progress bar at the top of the screen that shows how far off next level you are.

1) If it’s a server issue then multiple failed log in attempts are not going to help. 2) Even if you can’t tell much then at least communicating says ; a) You care B) You are doing something about it. 3) Ongoing communication that ends with a “fixed it” message is a damn sight more positive experience than saying nothing.…

The simple thing is, instead of having people constantly trying to log on...which won’t help if it’s a server capacity issue..is to communicate. **** happens, I get that. How you handle it is what matters more. If they’d said this morning it may be 6-8 hours before we’re up again at least people know where they are at.…

That the message that came out four hours ago ? Or is there something more recently...because 4 hours isn’t shortly.

Guys..it’s 4 hours since your last official pronouncement. That’s just not good enough. You can at least try and keep your customers updated more regularly.
