Completed 5/5 Win fights against heroes, but cannot collect the reward.

How can we enforce no cheating if we don't know who the cheater is or what they have done? We just see our alliance rank dropped drastically with no explanation why other than a canned response about account sharing and cracking down on cheating during alliance wars.
