Opening around 30 5* crystals in 4 months for someone who isn't even cavalier is really good. Just keep at it and sooner or later you will get the champs your after. A lot of ppl have their preferred champs they use and only mix it up for specific fights.

You have to be patient. Thousands of ppl are waiting for this to get fixed. They have to go into every account that's completed it already and adjust the rewards. It's not a quick fix that they can do in 5 minutes. Support will respond they are just busier than usual so give them a little time.

Shards are easier than ever to get in the game right now. It can't increase every single month. They also have other events planned throughout the month to earn even more rewards. I don't see a problem here.

It depends where u use them. If u use Corvus in AQ once awakened it can save u a ton on revives. He can clear whole sections just on the 1% health even if u get hit a few times each fight.
