  • I do tend to go "all out" on him so that could be my problem. I used to be able to incinerate him to death with a r4 Hyperion but I can't seem to get that timing to work anymore.
  • I'm only a 5* Dorm away from being able to put in a team of Hood/Hood/Mordo/Dorm/Dorm. So that'll get me 80% chance to revive? But only 10% health, correct? I've always been curious to know if it actually works because I've never fought a Hood Dorm or Mordo that has ever revived in AW
  • True enough. That's what was throwing me. Thanks. On another note... isn't cold snap a MFer? Lol
  • Why does it take a while though... they fixed the extra items glitch in a day. Why not ones that hurt the players units?
  • Yes, but I was sure when I wrote the original post that certain content actually showed those boosts in the character bio like it does in LOL. Not sure why it doesn't in other content. VP shows that he receives 33000 health on a spec 1 in LOL so it's clear that these bio changes are possible. Why not everywhere?
  • Yeah ok. I guess I kinda answered that in my edit.
  • Ok thanks. I don't remember reading anywhere that his cold snap increases based on attack but that would explain it. That's part of the reason I don't like the flat rate system. The bio should change based o the map to reflect damages. But if they displayed things back as percentages it would clear that up as the percent…
  • I appreciate the plight that the developers have of trying to keep this game bug free, I do. But, the fact of the matter is, each and every bug that is known about that is not fixed and costs a player units should be able to be refunded then. If not able to be refunded, I still take the stance that this would be considered…
  • @"Kabam Miike" Somehow my long post was just deleted or at least isn't showing up to me anyway so this will be a bit shorter. Exploit is simply "capitalize on" By that definition/synonym isn't any bug/glitch that is a "known bug", that is not fixed as quickly as possible an exploit? Wouldn't the fact that it takes upwards…
  • @"Kabam Miike" By a quick Google search "exploit" simply means "capitalize on". Wouldn't it be fair to say that almost all "known bugs" that were not immediately fixed, was in each instance, an example of the player base being exploited? After all, there were many, many "known bugs" that cost the players hundreds of…
  • Yep, simple text bugs in Character bios take 6-12 months to get fixed, if ever.
  • Do you know for certain that the down time wasn't to try to fix this issue? So many times in the past this exact chain of events has occurred. 1) unexplained server crash 2) server back up 3) everyone finds out there was an exploit to a glitch
  • I agree with that, only in this case the constant server up and down cost other players AQ revives and potions. So in your analogy the bank accidentally gave away 10k yes, but when they fixed it, it cost the rest of the patrons money which they are doing nothing to refund. Or at least they haven't said anything yet.
  • So Kabam can exploit the auto evade bug for a year and cost the player base in all likelihood hundreds of thousands of dollars, but a few hundred people get some extra 5* champs and they threaten bans? I get that this was an exploit and against TOS technically, but sitting on countless bugs that cost players money is just…
  • Along the same line, champs like Groot could maybe also suffer 25-50% more incinerate damage.
  • I know right! I just duped my 5* again and I feel bad for those who only get Star Lord and Magik and Featured champ dupes. Such a shame!
  • Why such a long wait for such minor changes though? Is it really that hard to change a bit of text? (Honest question, not being sarcastic). To me though, unless the hex is stacking, it's "expiring" the old and starting a new one. It would have to read "each critical hit renews an active hex" or something along that line.
  • In other words it's another "visual bug"? Lol
  • Are we still awaiting an answer on this? I've searched the forums but can't seem to find an answer.
  • Maybe this should be a different discussion but it's along the same lines as in it involves Hood. If dexterity procs MD every time it renews, should Hood get regen every time hex renews? Instead of when it expires?
  • But a lot of players don't read forums so it was misleading. I'm not a programmer but wouldn't it have been just as simple to fix a text box as to post something about it being a visual bug?
  • So just carelessness then? Is it that hard to get a number correct? "Visual bug" -- It's strange how many of those make the champ seem better only to be "corrected" once the champ is no longer sought after.
  • Gambit doesn't follow what his book says. No where does it say that each of his charges takes I bit longer than the last. Try it out, charges 1-5 are fairly quick but they get progressively longer and longer.... and longer.
  • Lol at thinking anyone actually "runs" Kabam.
  • If you would have read other comments I did say that I probably shouldn't have said that. But... No? Lol. In your scenario the driver is weasling out of something they did wrong. The analogy doesn't fit very well other than the word "salary" is in there.
  • Are you saying that the new update was done solely by the graphics department? I'm sure the coders were involved with the update and now things that were once fixed are broke again. More like you went in for surgery for both your heart and foot at the same time. Your foot doctor was awesome but your heart surgeon not only…
  • I'm mostly mad about the auto-evade bug showing back up at the release of this update. (Whether caused by the update or something else). Im just saying that if this new update hadn't came out and we were still playing the old version, the auto-evade wasn't there. There for causality says that the new update is the "cause"…
  • I guess I'm arguing 2 points at the same time. 1. New content should be tested better so there are 0 bugs upon release. If they release new stuff that even has 1 bug then it takes away time from the developers who are trying to fix other bugs. 2. Old bugs that have been resolved should stay resolved unless something new…
  • But the evade bug was fixed... they put out an update and now it's back. Doesn't that mean that something in the new content messed with it? I don't get how an old bug shows back up? Not unless the new update was messing with the old code?
  • Ok, I get where you coming from. I knew eventually id start to see why you had the opinion you have. I am not saying it's the new content that causes the old problems though. I'm saying that some of the new champs are bugged from the release of that champ. That adds to overall number of bugs which makes the bug fix team…
