I think it should be alliance rating and war rating combined. Maybe brackets that you fall into. It's like our alliance are being punished for continuously raising the bar and punching above our weight

I've got mine at r4. She hits like a truck. Only her sp1 ignores armor and does true damage.

I've literally had to do it the hard way and got 1 path left, but he's cost me about 200 units.

Cap IW needs to be fairly high sig. You need a cosmic, tech and science champ on your team and r3 in despair. I've tried it with r1 in despair and 80 sig 4* r5 Cap IW and won't work for me. I'm not about to drop 1k units to get it to r3 neither unless I pull a 5* or 6* void sometime soon

I found parry and heavy stopped him from building his rock charges. Was a pretty effective way to get him down. So somebody with a strong heavy attack would be a way to go

Your best bet with your roster for iceman is probably xbones. Build some furys and maybe he will shrug it off. Not sure if he can shrug off coldsnap

Well I used my 5/65 Voodoo for iceman. He regens at 260 per tick and that was only just keeping me level with coldsnap damage on path 4

I got to path 3 without any resources used. Path 4 went downhill and not having a counter to icemans coldsnap or a counter for void really hurt my pocket. Seems having blade really comes in handy

Kind of waiting for a corvus pull for the synergy, the only problem is I only have 2x t2 alpha at the minute, and I'm saving those to take my dupe SL from r3 to r4.
