There has to be transparency some how... and as someone who works with legal contracts for a living; TOS like this are usually full of ****... they aren’t legally binding or enforcable even if ‘agreed’ by the user... Just because they have a line that says you can’t doesnt actually mean you can’t...

It certainly goes against the spirit of the game... and the spirit of gifting.. I hope mods do something because otherwise what is the point of having an event that encourages gifting back and forth if they allow it to happen...

I’m not at master level... but even in heroic this is true... was able to finish all of heroic on autoplay and then run into a 6500 MODOK who can block and attack at the same time... he was able to take out my 3000 rated spidey in one or two hits every time... I originally put it down to the fact Kabam’s ‘suggested’ rating…

@Ad0ra_ this may have been addressed - but - what about people who WOULD have joined an AQ but either couldn’t at all or chose to wait out the frustrating outages? Does that mean that, even though they were affected, they won’t get AQ compensation???? Seems rough. Why not just award to everyone who’s done AQ in the last…
