It depends on ur progression in game. I found that in the later chapters of act 5, 4 stars just take too much damage. But, if you don't have a good damage dealer and it makes sense for your roster, then rank him up.

Yes, it's explicitly stated in her abilities. Heimdall has the same ability. should work against imiw too

Neither, to be honest. If guilly was a 5* maybe, but even then both champs aren't super great. Also depends on the rest of your roster.

I've also faced aspect of chaos on rage and for some reason the health switch seems to be affected by the 2.5% cap.

Tip for attacking a recovering magneto- throw a light attack after the slap, but before the metal projectile. It brings you closer to him, so when you dodge the projectile you will still be close enough to retaliate.

I like her the way she is now. Not every champ has to be a heavy hitter. She's got plenty of utility. There aren't many power control champs that are also sustainable like her. Plus she can always steal fury, which will increase her attack rating. Ever tried her on a rage node?
