Compleyely agree. IMO he was not buffed. He was completely reworked. A buff enhances a champ and keeps their core kit. He lost all of that and is not better because of it.6 -

On paper, Hood looks worse to me. Losing fate seal and abity to refresh his stagger and shock are a HUGE nerf. He's a solid champ with some really good abilities who lacks damage. Unless he'…21 -

No, she's not even a top 10 mystic. So unless you're swimming in resources and already have ten mystic champs at R5 there's no reason to do this.0
