Now that you mention it, it honestly feels like this rework was intended for Diablo and they just made it work for The Hood instead ... to our compete and utter disappointment.7 -

^ This. He isn’t even the same champ anymore. That’s not a buff, it’s a complete redesign. Let him keep the “bugs” in question and give him back his fate seal and he’d have a buff worth being excited…8 -

I wish there was a sympathy vote option I could give you, because I totally get it. Not sure if there's any saving grace in the fact that you can spam heavies to build up your bullet stash again…7
