Most people are mad at BOTH Kabam for not fixing this good enough the first time AND the players exploiting the poor matchmaking engine.8 -

Skill wouldn’t get you a resort pass, or weekly cav specials, or July 4th/Black Friday/etc deals, or top tier gifting event rewards. Whales aren’t spending because they lack skills.5
