Cull obsidian
I don't understand how cull obsidian has such bad block proficiency. He literally had a shield which apparently makes no difference to reducing block damage. I know there's no chance kabam …2 -

The Nexus thing is cool I guess but I dont think the chance for a 6* should've been reduced as it is already once a blue moon to pull one1
