Wiccan can be very annoying without an incinerate immune champ. But against an incinerate immune he isn’t that good as a defender.4 -

She needs it to bypass unstoppable and be stun immune. But her damage/playstyle doesn’t depend on the sig. Still a great rank up option if unduped.13
