Domino will always do Domino things even with the perfect counter but using the wrong counters makes her an even more effective defender. She is a dual threat so she's a very balance champ. Love…1 -

So it only says om nom if the buff can be nullify but Red Skull is nullify immune so it makes sense that Venom can't remove Red Skulls armour. Problme solved.1 -
