I played on 3 devices of my own and have never gotten ban for it so it seems that you did something else to get ban. Depends on what you did, you might just bet a 24 hour ban, a week ban or a permane…2 -

It's a boost of 22% health and attack to base attack, so it will always benefit the champ no matter what rank.4
