Make sure you don't instantly make him an officer. I not sure if you can have a blank name. Maybe he's taking a break. Happens a lot of times, end game players needs a break to take it easy.0 -

If you look at the limit available, it looks like you actually purchase 16 like @Badah said. I would check to see how much 6 star shards you have now.0
