No, it would become nothing fun and a drag then. Twice a year, or even once a year would be cool. Tied into holidays for instance, like Valentine’s and Halloween.2 -

Wait hold on... 24 champs, 6 are new. That is 25% by my calculations. Not 16.7%. If you’re aiming at one specific champ, as it seems you are, then yes, it drops to 4.x% chance. But given a flat drop …1 -

Wholeheartedly agreed. Mine is 3/45, only reason he isn’t going to 4/55 is that I want to use my t2a on another 5/65. He is awesome.1
