It is my friend's family and they are not eligible for Ayushman card, tried several government hospital in (Varanasi and Delhi) and the waiting list is too long.-1 -

Treatment is already in progress, but now surgery is needed and the cost is for the surgery itself. Most indian hospital does not start surgery before depositing about 70-80% of amount.-3
