It didn't work for me either until today - maybe a hotfix was pushed (speculating) but using specials wasn't completing prompts the first few days. It's not a good fight.2 -

Yep I'm using titania and the haymaker with getting hit into block prompts do mess up the fight allowing the timer to run out and getting penances.1
