Correct and it's worse in BGs. Tenacity meta removes half of the ruptures so if you're limited to hitting once into block wwbn gets neutered Vs someone like onslaught2 -

I've given up - WWBN is my Onslaught counter most times but in BGs with masteries he's barely usable with this issue.5
