I came in to ask this. Skirmish loyalty was buffed in off-season after the announcement about it, but now it's back to exactly what it was the previous season - a pittance.12 -

It's bs, especially with the Ai they acknowledge is basically gone rogue. Absolute bs combination of attack and defene tactics.3
