Go for uncollected. Act 4 will still be there if it doesn't work out. The uncollected upgrade is more valuable than clearing act 4. Which is a real slog to get thru. (View Post)

Do you have a case on the device? I had a similar problem that stopped when I removed case and cleaned everything. May be completely unrelated but it helped me. (View Post)
