Gold gets easier after act 6, iso becomes the problem. You just gotta pick those max utility champs to get through 6.1 and then you can get more gold to bulk up1 -

Buy the refills, you earn 90% of the units back from exploring act 3 and pushing into act 5/6 where it’s 25-35 units per quest completion1
