It’s probably not common but not unheard of either. RNG isn’t always kind. When I started playing this game, I had 26 4* champs and 8 dupes before I pulled a 4* skill champ. Heck I think I’m up to 25…4 -

I mean they could’ve probably used BW for IM2 and WM for IM3. But that would’ve been 1 more champ not available as a 5* and would increase the odds of the rest of the champs in the 5* crystal.2
