I disagree. When you use him for some fights Lil Electro, Bishop, Doom, Ibom, Havok, etc. Getting guaranteed aar quickly is a godsend. How many other mutants deserve sigs more than him?5 -

Like most relics, I almost never use it. Spirit takes too long to fill up and the effect is too short and not very useful1
