I went bullseye (5 star) - his stun on SP2 helps push Taskmaster to sp2 along with the relic. And his evade is a nice utility when you are stuck in an intercept situation2 -

Like @MethodMan69 said, it took me a few tries, but try to use your striker and your sp2 to get Taskmaster to his own SP2. You get a minor stun after bullseyes Sp2 to push him where you want him afte…1
