Not to throw on more cynicism, but look at the structure of the “rebalance” program. Spiderwoman is more broken than Serpent per Kabam, but she will be allowed to exist in the game for months “as is”…6 -

“Missed the mark” … I guess if some nation tried to test a nuke in the Pacific Ocean and instead detonated it on the moon we would call that “missing the mark” in this context.4
