Kingpin can do the exactly same things unawakened as he can awakened. However, there are 3 sigs that matter for him. Thats sig 1, sig 65 and sig 200. Having him awakened will ramp him up faster, but …2 -

Yes, I'm aware of that issue, and I simply don't see a easy solution to it. Unless they do it the way they did in the beta where the different progression levels started at slightly different points …2 -
