Brave. Or stupid. The buff looks bad on paper, but it could turn out okay. So Guillotine is both a nerfed or a buffed champion at the same time. I call it Schrödinger's Kabam.4 -

That's why I made the calculations. If the numbers were closer together, you could be right, but they aren't. The regen is definitely nerfed. The SP3 is definitely nerfed.17 -

I'd rather save health potions than do an extra bit of damage. The passive regen only mitigates 2%, 98% is still dealt to you!3
