He does, when you have a debuff on the opponent and dex, you gain a spider charge with a timer that pauses those debuffs. this interaction still makes no sense to me a month a later1 -

Otherworldly Nexus Cav Lower Drop Rates
Did they mess up the drop rates on the nexus cavs again? 3% for a 6* is too low, and they didnt contain the nexus crystals within them either? This seems to be a recurring theme...6
