That's a joke right? We don't mean keep a 40% chance of pulling nothing, but make that 40% 3* chance part of the 4* chance, and have the crystal only award 4, 5 and 6*. 3* at a cav level is…3 -

Ok I just tried it, he doesn't generate zero rockstacks, but they do proc slower, so thats a plus I guess1 -
