Nightcrawler isn't that bad since you can make him go into swashbuckling mode. But with spidey, there is no off switch for the evade.1 -

I agree. There are also some timing issues leaving you open for the opponent. Such as things after your opponent does a special, theres like a invisible barrier infront of them for a second.1 -

He's alright. Regen is a little bit low, but he has one of the highest health in the game, making him very tanky.5
