Technically Electro's damage-back has no cap as long as the enemy also has no cap6 -
Shouldn't Hela's medium and heavy be considered a non-contact and/or projectile attack?
At the very least, her second medium since she's throwing weapons to hit the opponent and not hitting directly with any part of her body. It's the same idea as Domino's gun shots excep…25 -

It was a pretty small update and the EQ quests for next month arent up yet. They ALWAYS do this...I dont program games but im assuming they need a preliminary update just to change the loading screen…2
