Duping a 5* gets you 275 6* shards and 24 tier 5 class iso of whatever class that champ is. And a little bit of gold but it's like 1000 only. 6* it's just iso and gold1 -

Anyone with armor break abilities seems to do the job since she can't convert to her crystal form when armor break is active. So og thor, medusa, symbiote spidey, are good choices.1
