You are 100% correct. Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I did as well, but only July 4 purchases. Beyond that, Apple advised patience, but said I could come back to them. Believe me, I am seeking…1 -

Definitely a freeing feeling. They promote and sell so hard, and we buy in (time and/or money), but the hypnotist has dropped his hold! Thing is, as I explained to Apple, even if they SAY it is fixed…2
