Are you nuts? Many finished ROL with 4 and 3 stars, act 1-4 with 3 and 4 stars. I remember, I didnt get a 4 star till level 47 and 5 stars werent even part of the game until I got to 60. There were n…5 -

That isnt anyone else's problem but their own. In the sense of fairness, they give it to all or to none.2
