I think the issue is players want things "now" It's a progression game, if you pop a 5* feature your not entitled to r4 them instantly, you didn't get the 5* shards instantly did …10 -

Something leaked the other day which would take into account what you already have/don't need then give it you. It would work out what you get by seeing what you have already1
