Masteries. If you run suicides champion pi skyrockets. Boosts also do this. You can look up how masteries affect pi of champions or just try it out yourself.1 -

You can do it with a r4 namor as long as he's max sig. Actually even a r3. Your damage will come from reflecting rock stacks back, just intercept and when his power drains, bait a sp1. V easy. T…2 -
