In hulk rags kit is says whilst face me is ACTIVE he will regen 70% of damage taken. I threw my sp3 as shown below BEFORE he was in face me, and still regens the damage taken, and costs me a death…7 -

I have needed 1 LITERALLY 1 mystic t4cc for like 2 days now and have opened 37 t4cc crystals and I’ve not had one. How on earth does that even happen?!16
