They gave you 5 free refills. That's enough for 23 matches. They are aware of the connection issues. Keep in mind that this is a beta test. This is part of how open betas work.2 -

This season and last, HT has been banned 98% of the time. I'm plat 4 right now and plat 2/1 last season. But again, that's just 2 alliances out of like 16 wars. Not a huge sample size.1 -
