its been a planned change since they started doing Valiant MEQ. There will be buckets for the rewards most anyone with some R4's and some sone ranked relics will probably still get top rewards. …-33 -

Pretty sure last time the first one was available after 7 hours. There wasn't a countdown, just showed up after 7 hours from content release.3 -
