It's not a bug. You only get to claim the ticket if you explore TB difficulty as Paragon because the ticket is for Paragon players. The only thing you can do is create a ticket with support.1 -

Hulks fury's are passive. Gamora's Precision and Furys are buffs. If you want to use a champ that doesn't have aot of buffs, you can use Odin's prefights to give most champs 3 buf…4 -
