Ultron Classic is evading while affected by coldsnap with Iceman, he's supposed to ne¿ot be able to evade while he has coldsnap.5 -

OG Black Panther, Iron Patriot, Ant Man and basically any other champ that makes you feel like you wasted 10K shards when pulling them.6 -
