I believe there are people that have proven it is very doable with 4 stars. I heard of a 3 star attempt, but haven`t watched that one. So it is actually more of a skill matter than a roster matter.2 -

@Skillful_star I don`t think it works that way. And it only works for people who had already ranked up the champs prior to the rebalance.0
