They should really do what they did with the war boosts, considering they're a lot more useful than something exclusiveness for a long dead game mode.4 -

Always been like this, in fact, you normally get one a lot more aggressively first over the other, these are pretty balanced considering.. ill be about half a catalyst off on both after SoP2 -

They don't - 3* to 6* only boosts exist. Use the solo crystals for a load of attack / health boosts, which you can use to raise the PI slightly, but that's about it1
