Yes. There's a difference between lag and stuttering. When you're sat doing 4 swipes trying to avoid OR heavy attack before he slaps you in the face.. but apparently your champ wants to sit…16 -

Personally I'll never comment on a buff until I've actually tried it a bit. Hopefully it's a good kit in practice, both buffs have interested me.13
