I need to test him out myself when I get him from arena of course. But from what I've seen and watched, he is a decent champ, not bad, but not the greatest either. Definitely more of a defender …0 -

I also think Zemo will be a decent High Evolutionary counter as well, because High Evo's not immune to bleed, plus Zemo can deal damage through block as well1 -
